What is the return policy?

All regularly stocked items can be returned within 30 days of receipt, so long as they are unused and in the original packaging. A return credit will be issued to the original payment method upon receipt and inspection of the product(s). An applicable restocking fee of 25% will be added the amount due. 

If your original payment method was made by wire, check, or ACH you will be offered as store credit on your next purchase.

 

What are the shipping options?

If you need products shipped to your business and are located within the NJ, NY and PA area, we will deliver items to you via freight truck at no cost as long as the invoice total is more than $700.

If you need products shipped to your business and are located outside of the NJ, NY and PA area, we will ship to you with a parcel carrier like FedEx or UPS. Ground shipping charges will be included to your invoice total. For larger, pallet sized orders we use a nationwide network of freight carriers.

 

When will I receive my order?

We understand it's a hassle to get your order on time so we've put measures in place to keep you in the loop. If you need items shipped to your business and are located within the NJ, NY and PA area, we will deliver in stock items to you within 1-2 business days. An order confirmation email will be sent to you once your order is received and sorted at the warehouse and a sales rep will call you to confirm the exact time frame and date of the delivery.

If you are located outside of the NJ, NY and PA area, in stock items ship within 1-2 business days (we will send you an email when the item has been shipped). For orders that are shipping Ground via FedEx, typical transit time is 1-2 days. For orders that will ship via common carrier, the transit times are the same with a 1 to 2 day variance possible.

 

How can I cancel my order?

For an order to be eligible to be cancelled and a full refund to be processed, you must email sales@packmartus.com or call 732-379-0368 with the order # and reason for cancelling before the order has shipped. A 10% restocking fee will be charged on all cancelled orders.

To make changes to an order you've already placed, please email sales@packmartus.com or call 732-379-0368 with the order # and items you'd like to add or subtract before your order has shipped.

To receive samples of items in stock please email sales@packmartus.com with your name, company name, phone number and which item you'd like a sample of.
